1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

⅔ cup raisins

½ cup red wine vinegar

3 ¼ cups water

In a medium saucepan over low heat combine brown sugar mustard flour raisins vinegar and water. Simmer until thickened about 20 minutes.
