juiced

3 tablespoons pineapple juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Stir the mangos tomatoes garlic shallot green chile pepper lime juice pineapple juice olive oil and salt together in a bowl; refrigerate 1 hour to allow the flavors to mingle before serving.
