½ cup green onions

2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper

¼ cup fresh mint

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon coarse salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper
