Organic Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 over-ripe bananas

mashed

2 eggs

3 tablespoons canola oil

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

1 cup chopped walnuts

½ cup dark chocolate chunks

¾ cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine bananas eggs canola oil and cinnamon in a bread machine; add flour walnuts chocolate sugar baking powder baking soda and vanilla extract.
