Pepperoni Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ cups shell pasta

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni

quartered

1 cup fresh broccoli florets

½ cup prepared Caesar salad dressing

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook shell pasta in boiling water stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite 8 minutes. Drain.

Step 2

Combine mozzarella cheese pepperoni and broccoli in a large bowl; fold in pasta. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing tossing to combine. Refrigerate until serving.
