8 dates

8 dried apricots

¼ cup white sugar

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup water

Combine tamarind pulp dates apricots sugar pepper and salt in a blender; blend into a paste. Pour in water; blend until mixture has a sauce-like texture.

Step 2
