Vegetable Quiche Cups To Go Recipe

thawed and drained

¾ cup liquid egg substitute

¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced onion

¼ cup chopped green bell pepper

3 drops hot pepper sauce

Step 1
