Poppin' Turkey Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked turkey

¾ cup diced onion

¾ cup diced celery

2 hard-boiled eggs

2 tablespoons finely chopped zesty pickles

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1

Combine turkey onion celery eggs and pickles in a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix sour cream mayonnaise Dijon mustard horseradish cumin paprika and black pepper together in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir sour cream mixture into turkey mixture until evenly coated.
