Apple Tapioca Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups apples - peeled

cored and sliced

½ cup brown sugar

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons small pearl tapioca

1 lemon

juiced

1 cup boiling water

½ cup raisins
