Ingredients

½ small head cabbage

1 jalapeno pepper

seeded and minced

½ red onion

minced

1 carrot

chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 lime

juiced

In a bowl mix together the cabbage jalapeno pepper red onion carrot cilantro and lime juice.
