Fabulous Feast Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts water

1 ½ pinches salt

2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)

4 red potatoes

quartered

1 sweet onion

cut into wedges

1 pound turkey kielbasa

cut into 2-inch pieces

4 ears fresh corn

halved

1 pound frozen cooked large shrimp

thawed

Directions

Step 1

Combine water seafood seasoning and salt in a large pot; bring to a boil and stir potatoes and onion into water mixture. Cook at a boil until potatoes start to soften about 8 minutes.

Step 2

Stir kielbasa pieces into potato mixture; continue boiling until sausage is hot about 8 minutes more. Stir in corn halves; boil until tender about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Mix shrimp into kielbasa mixture and cook until shrimp is heated through about 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain before ladling into bowls.
