Grilled Bacon Salad with Arugula and Balsamic Recipe

4 ounces arugula

8 ounces thick-cut bacon

½ cup grape tomatoes

halved

⅛ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Step 2
