Healthier Poppy Seed Salad Dressing for 2 Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup water

¼ cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon cornstarch

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon mustard powder

¼ teaspoon poppy seeds

Mix water vinegar sugar olive oil cornstarch salt onion powder mustard powder and poppy seeds in a saucepan. Bring mixture to boil; cook whisking constantly until dressing is thickened 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cool.
